Seventeen year old Sense Pennymon is a witch, but whether she is a black witch or a white witch remains to be seen.  Eighteen year old Lucas Gray is a warlock, foster-brother to the King, and the new Arch Mage of the Kingdom of Ander, but he is not powerful enough to break an evil enthrallment.

For in Ander, magic is a dangerous commodity.  Anyone caught with magic will have it drained for the proprietary use of the Royal Family.
