A short blog about tastes: Please reply!

Yesterday I invited you to write about smells.

Today it’s tastes.  I’d love it if you picked one of the below-listed tastes, and write about it.  Either attempt to DESCRIBE how it tastes, or write about how that taste makes you feel . . . what it reminds you of . . . ,etc.

1.  Dill pickle

2.  Your mom’s/grandma’s chocolate cake (My mom’s cakes never lasted ’til the frosting stage, and my brother swore he could smell them baking even when he was on the school bus coming down our road on his way home from school!)
